The Candy Hall of Fame Class of 2017
Join the NCSA for its 118th Annual Meeting and the 46th Candy Hall of Fame Inductions in Tampa, October 13 to 15. This unforgettable weekend is filled with emotion and excitement as we celebrate the newest members of the Candy Hall of Fame.
It is a tremendous honor to be inducted into this prestigious group, and attendees will have the opportunity to meet and congratulate The Class of 2017 and their families. In addition, the weekend celebrates the dozens of Candy Hall of Famers who return each year to be part of this illustrious event.
With guests from all facets of the industry, this is also a great opportunity to network and socialize with friends old and new.
The weekend kicks off Friday evening, October 13, with the Welcome Reception and the introduction of the Class of 2017 in the hotel’s beautiful Italian-style courtyard. Attendees will have a chance to welcome the 2017 inductees while enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before heading out for dinner.
The Association’s 118th Annual Members’ Meeting and breakfast will be held Saturday morning, October 14. Attendees can spend the rest of the day enjoying the local beaches and sights, relaxing in the hotel’s outdoor courtyard, lounging at the pool or shopping in the adjacent International Plaza and Bay Street complex.
An Evening To Remember
The true high point of the weekend begins with the elegant Candy Hall of Fame Reception and Cocktail Party on Saturday evening. Following the Reception, the Candy Hall of Fame Banquet opens with a special tribute to all the Candy Hall of Famers in attendance.
The pinnacle of the evening is the Candy Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. The 2017 inductees will be introduced through audio/visual presentations that recall their lives and highlight their contributions to the industry and their communities.
The spectacular evening closes with an After Hours Dessert Party that stretches late into the night.
On Sunday morning, attendees are invited to a continental breakfast, to say their goodbyes and share moments from the weekend’s events.

The Association has secured a special rate of $189 per night at the Renaissance Tampa Hotel International Plaza, 4200 Jim Walter Blvd., Tampa, FL 33607.

All Candy Hall of Fame weekend events are business/resort casual, with the exception of the Saturday evening Candy Hall of Fame Induction Banquet. For inductees, the banquet is mandatory black-tie, while black-tie is optional for all other Saturday evening attendees.
